The lines are long but service is fast once you actually get to the front. They have so many desks but not enough people to man them. Being the only registry in the fort they could probably use a few more people. 2 people is not nearly enough.

I went in today and was greeted by the most friendly staff member named Ryan McDonald. I had a big task for Ryan as I needed to do a 3 car transfer and put insurance on them. Ryan was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in completing his work. My family was so impressed they’re considering switching over for house insurance. Thanks to Ryan for making this process quick and easy!

I have had the best possible experience dealing with Westland Insurance. Getting the insurance transferred into my name was a no hassle, stress free experience. Harsimran had made this the easiest thing I have had to deal with the past 2 years.Whenever I had questions, or any issues at all, she was able to help deal with them without hesitation.Cant stress it enough, hands down best experience ever!!

I took my DMV at One Stop- North and all the registry staff were so welcoming and kind. My Instructor gave me instructions ahead of time which was so good of him. This is one of my best registries in Red Deer.

Java Hamidi is the best! My current house insurance rates were going up, but Java got me better coverage for less money AND kept the paperwork to a minimum. This was noteworthy, considering it is the beginning of fire season. I also needed a name change, which again was taken care of smoothly and efficiently. We did it all over the phone and via email. I have car insurance in the Westland West Kelowna office, who referred me to the Chilliwack office. If you want great customer service and coverage, check them out.

Very nice registry. Passed my class 5 Road test exam,My examiner, Mr. Sahil, was very polite and humble. Due to that, I felt confident and less anxious during my exam. And, staff members at the Registry has been very helpful, great professionalism, and has positive attitude towards all customers.

I always have a pleasant experience when I come to this location. Lines are usually quick and everyone has always been so nice and great customer service. I took my driver's test for the first time, and my the gentleman was so nice and calm and gave me really good feedback. It was such a pleasure and I passed my exam!!
